My mother died unexpectedly late in 2004, and my most effective way of dealing has been to simply think of my time with her as sort of a secret gift (which it actually was) not bestowed upon the unknowing mass of humanity. Of course I didn’t realize this at the time, but only because I lacked the proper state of mind to appreciate her to an extent that justified how much better my life was because of her presence. Better than winning the lottery every day if you actually think about it. Maybe this mindset can help you place the loss of what from your writings sounds like a wonderful lady somewhere appropriate.

I also have to say that your Soundcloud page has the single greatest collection of Autechre remixes that I’ve found to date. Years of stumbling around newsgroups and forums getting a title here and there, and BOOM, you’ve got all the good ones. In short, thank you!
